Job Description
Hussle is an online student-driven marketplace, offering a platform for college students to buy and sell services amongst each other. Services offered can range from anything such as nails and haircuts to web design & development. Our goal is to help every student find a way to get their needs met without breaking the bank while also monetizing their skills through a side hussle!
Since Hussle is a platform entirely driven by students, we're looking for people
who can understand our user base and align with our vision in order to help support and empower student small business owners on campus.
Role Objectives and Responsibilities
Manages relations with Hussle’s service providers
Performs customer research on student small business owners and service providers to identify pain points and ideate features to improve product
Reaches out to student small business owners and service providers to grow Hussle's seller community
Collaborates closely with sellers to market and grow businesses both on and off the app
Writes guides and documentation for customer support and app onboarding
Keep in touch with our seller community through weekly newsletters
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
UCLA student living in the Westwood area.
(A plus, but not required) internship experience in a product or customer relations role.
(A plus, but not required) experience starting and managing your own small business.
Experience working with a team.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Charismatic and excited to talk to service providers.
Enthusiastic to learn alongside us and bring this idea to life! 🌟
